Most products sold by 4 the Paws Alliance are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at WiggleEffect@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved replacement or refund requests will be handled based on the circumstances of the order. In some cases, a replacement may be sent instead of a refund.

We are unable to provide refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help correct the order.
